Define Christian

Taavi has started an interesting discussion over at the Christianity Roundtable.

So. I would like Christians to tell me who exactly can be called a Christian - what facts does one have to believe, what does one have to do, does one have to be baptized, does one have to regularly pray or go to chruch or confess their sins, how well does one have to know the Bible and so. (sic)
