For those of you who don't know (which included me five minuets ago) an Omerta is:
The omerta is a popular attitude, common in areas of Italy where the Mafia is strong, that implies never collaborating with the police. It can be intended also as a vow of silence among mafiosi. [...]
Among Mafia members, it means that they will not involve the police or the government in the affairs of the Mafia, and will deny its very existence.
The Orkut Mafia is compiling a list of rules in order to defend their own, although it seems that some are trying to start an election for leadership as the owner rarely posts.
Note: Since when do the Mafia elect their own members?
