Scrapboy Monetizes Orkut Instant Messenger

It looks like the Scrapboy Digital Media Corporations has (finally) included ads within its chat program. The advertisements are located at the bottom of your chat screens and are not displayed in an annoying-like fashion (like some of the other popular chat programs out there which fill up half of your chatting screen).

For those of you who do not know, Scrapboy is the unofficial instant messenger for Orkut. Scrapboy basically uses your Orkut scrap book as an instant messenger service, without removing your original scraps on the server (something similar programs do).

Note: I am hearing rumors that Google may be launching an Orkut chat program of their own, as it's already on the wish list.
