A while ago Google began displaying Google ads inside Orkut.
Although I really enjoy Google Ads (mostly because they help me out whenever a Google search fails or provide information relevant to business) some users find them to be annoying and have been either scraping me, emailing me, etc. on if removing them is possible.
Well, Vijay over on Matrix Chronicle has developed a GreaseMonkey script that will remove the ads from your view.
This is for Firefox fans only (IE users are out of luck in this regard) so you may consider switching if you are either a Bill Gates or Opera browser fan.
Note: Removing the ads may violate Google's terms of service and can result in "evil things" happening to you. I'd advise that you install the script at your own (legal) risk.
