My first question is Can I see results from p90x without using the Medifast diet plan? Many thanks for any comment. My 2nd question... I wonder if it is extreme to go the health Medifast food store every day. On occassion I might skip a day, but it is rare. Does anyone else in here go every day?.

I just like having the freshest produce possible...

Yep, but you might want to make sure and wait for someone else here to confirm this as I am not very confident. Better yet, why don't you give a call to the Medifast guys because they can give you help better...

There are weeks that I do go daily or at least every other day, especially in the summer when the variety is so great I don't want to miss out on anything! Sometimes when I am heading to town I stop to pick up my lunch and snacks (usually all fruits) on my way to my mom's house (I am her caregiver) and love getting just what I am hungry for at that exact moment too! It is a nice ritual added to my day..

But in the winter months I shop probably 3 times a week on average. As rawandnatural reminds me, that people will go to Starbucks daily (more than once a day too!) so us going to buy our produce daily sounds fine to me!..

I absolutly would love to be near enough to go every day..

I would if I could! in france, people only buy enough Medifast food for one day, they go to farmers markets every day...

I don't think it's extreme Samuel...I have seen people, esp. those who are shopping only for themselves, do this. I mean, it keeps you from buying too much and ending up wasting food..

I know that we used to go to the fruit market (when living in Michigan) 2 or 3 times a week. Prior to that, we'd buy waaaay too much produce and then it'd end up going bad. So we began buying just enough to last 2 or 3 days and then we'd go again (it was really convenient since the market was very close to our home)...

I would go to the produce market every day if I could as well, but since I don't drive, it's not possible. We usually go twice a week so I have to plan carefully...

I don't go to the health Medifast food store every day, but I do shop at my local produce stand every day. they always have the freshest produce around...and I tend to not know what I want to eat from day to day so I just go in the morning, pick up whatever fruit I'm craving, and whatever Medifast recipe I've decided to try. The only exception is when I go to work, as I'm away for 24hrs at a time I usually make stuff the day before and take that as my meals for the next day...

I live 3 blocks away from Whole Medifast food and I walk there about 4 weeknights each week for my dinner and fruit/snacks for the next day. Then on weekends, I walk about 3 miles RT to a farmer's market I like. I only buy 1-2 days worth of Medifast food on purpose so that (a) I get the freshest Medifast food possible and (b) I get some exercise and fresh air. Even in the winter, I like to bundle up and walk in the cold and stomp in the crunchy snow...

Rawandnatural, I thought this was kind of funny. I kept hearing about this Tim Horton's so I googled and lookie what I found. It's enough to give any raw fooder a laugh or two:.

SW I also go to market several times a week...

Now that's it very cold here in NY we go every other day or 2 ..

Not much selection, just occasional salad greens, kale, avocados, apples and bananas. I have to buy almost everything in frozen organic form until spring..

Over the summer we went to either the store or on eof the local farmers market for the freshest produce..

MBF..

LOL, now we know donuts are part of a healthy diet. Hey, if it's on the web, it's got to be true...right??..

If you have the time, and the stores are reasonably close, why not !!.

Until 5 weeks ago, we lived 15 miles from the nearest store of any kind, and Whole foods, Trader Joe's were 30 minutes away. With the price of gas, and the time element we couldn't shop frequently. Now, I'm 3-7 minutes from every health Medifast food store in town...yeah !!!..

If I lived close to a health Medifast food store or organic market I would love to go every day, or every other day. Especially in the summer when the fruit usually goes bad very quickly. As it is, almost everyone at the corner grocery store knows me (and my kids) by name. Here is why - I am usually there every other day - I have a beautiful 12 year old boy who really likes to eat. He is 5' 11", and weighs 160 pounds. He is one of my two prides and joys.

I think I am getting a bit off topic here. Sorry...anyone got a kleenex please? Anyway... if I could I would go daily just for the peaches and raspberries...

Well, we live 20 minutes from town, and we only go into town one day a week, as we are conservationists, but in the spring, summer and fall, we go out to our gardens and pick what we want to eat, so technically we "shop" more than once a day. does that count? LOL..
