Quick question: Can you access "Medifast cookies" on the PS3? Thanks for any answer. My 2nd question... I have read some things on the internet that some people have had their grey hair start to turn dark again. Has anyone here had any changes like that or is it a myth? Is it just wishful thinking on my part?!..

I don't really have a lot of gray to notice...just a few strands that started growing about a year or two ago. But I've not noticed any NEW ones lately. I've read that black sesame seeds also have a part in reversing the gray in the hair. Victoria Boutenko said her husband's hair reversed from gray to dark, moreso after they started consuming green smoothies...

That's awesome! Everything I'm finding out about eating raw is amazing. Thanks for the info!..

Boutenko attributes gray hair to low hydrochloric acid. She says green smoothies helped heal them and restore their stomach acid, as a bonus her husband's beard turned from gray to black...

I have not seen any grey hair reversal yet. I can't wait to see that!! lol I don't understand that concept. If the hair saft is dead (which I thought was what caused grey hair)how can it come back to life? Is it temporary or permanent? Wow, no more hair color.... It would be so cool. lol.

If the gray hair were dead how could it grow and require hair cutting ? .

I have heard that the hair shaft loses it's minerals and then goes gray which is why the wheat grass works so well. The wheat grass is loaded with minerals and supplies the hair shaft with the minerals it needs. Ann Wigmore discuses this in her book...

I'm 32 and was born a natural red head. Since I was 16, I've had to deal with white hairs. More and more of them lately, especially at the temples. I started raw a few months ago and went gung ho with the smoothies. I noticed the reversal when I started adding the MSM organic sulphur to them. My hair went from white to brown.

I fell off the wagon a while back and have had some difficulty getting back to full raw eating. My white hairs have come raging back with a vengeance..

I went out tonight and stocked my fridge with raw delectables so that I can start fresh tomorrow. Raw seems to be the way to go for every ailment or negative physical condition...

Wow! That's so intersting! I've been getting grays since I was sixteen, it's pretty noticeable in a head full of black hair too!.

Am definitely going to pump up the green smoothies and add MSM. wow!..

Yep, I may need to try the MSM too! I have dark hair and I think I also got my first gray in high school. I think it has improved during my 5 months raw, but there is still some there...

You knowI wouldn't mind my grey hair so much if the texture of it wasn't so funky! Hopefully I'll see some sort of changecolorwise or at least taking the wireyness (is that a word?) out of it!!.

Have a great day all!..

Now that would be sooo cool, no more gray hair!!.

I have some gray at my hairline and temples, and I've seen strands in other parts of my head.....

I wish I could be like my younger sister who has that salt and pepper gray hair but me? Nooooo,I like my dark brown hair color!!.

I will have to try the MSM and wheatgrass. I really hate this gray!!! Sciencegal..
