!!! I am 20 weeks out and still have problems with Gas and can clear a room out in seconds. I love the sugar free pop sicles and my surgeon told me that they count as liquids. But I must admit what I liked yesterday or last week, my new stomach (pouch) will not like tomorrow. I am so happy for you!!!..

Oh you aren't kidding about the gas! I seriously thought I was having a heart attack from the chest pains when I came out of.

Drinking was a huge struggle for me on days 2-4...today is day 7 post-op and I am getting in lots and lots of fluids with no problem. Just take it slow...you will feel when it's enough, just baby sips at first and soon it won't be as hard! Hang in there..

Went well! Small sips at first. It was hard for me too, SF Popsicles..I like Blue Bell SF Bullets, were my lifesaver! Counts as a liquid. I also flavored my water, apple juice mixed 50/50 with water. Good luck sweetie!!.
