You betcha! although you might want to make sure and wait for another person to confirm this as I am on the fence. Better yet, why don't you call the Dukan Diet guys because they can help better...
I generally mix my veggies into the meal instead of always eating them on the side. Tell my your planned dinner and I can give you ideas..
For steamed, try using chicken broth instead of water. Gives a good flavor..
You can saute or roast or grill your veggies too...
Saute' onions and garlic, add a can of crushed tomatoes and squash (zucchini, yellow summer). Crumble up a Dukan Diet beef patty (it's like styrofoam), add it and cook until veggies are soft. Very delicious...
Since the beef patty calls for a carb, you could serve this over brown rice or as a hot sandwich!..
I love roasted brussel sprouts and cauliflower. I use a tiny bit of olive oil and just a bit of garlic and salt, cut brussel sprouts in half, cauliflower in normal size bites and bake on 350 for 20-30min until a a little brown. my fav. way esp when I get sick of the steamed bags! Also, I like to buy the stir fry veggies and do them in the wok. I sometimes mix the veggies in the meals or have as side dep. what I eat...
Mixing it into the entre ... (** slaps ones self into the head**) never thought of that> Thanks for all the good ideas..
I like to saute a half onion in a pinch of olive oil, then add a handfull of fresh mushrooms and a bag of frozen greenbeans. I only add pepper (Salt free tony's and/or butter buds work as well). This gives me enough for not only me but also my husband to eat with his meal for dinner and then enough for my lunch the next day. Trying to cook same veggies for the both of us so that we feel we are still eating together...
To make the steam vegetables taste better, I always add balsamic vinegar and other spices/flavorings..

You could also try roasting, as others suggested. Brussel sprouts are great when roasted!..
Today I made a pot of "vegetable" soup; bottle of low sodium V8; 16 oz of chicken bouillon sodium free; can of green beans no sodium added; can of stewed tomatoes; fresh carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, celery, mushrooms...just a little of each. Added Mrs. Dash Garlic seasoning. Tasted very good. I think I made about 8 1-cup servings & froze most...so they can be veggies whenever I want them...
