Let me add that everyone is different and everyone has a different tolerace of pain. My pain tolerance is pretty high so I did not have a hard time with it. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS consult your surgeon and/or his/her staff if you have concerns about ANYTHING!.

I went back to work after 2.5 weeks. I was in some good pain for the fist several days but it seems like a lot of people here felt better quicker than I did. I also realized that when I stopped babying myself and got out of bed, I could do more than I thought. But, be careful trying to do too much. I definitely found that too much standing or.

Exhausted me and I nearly had to sit down in a Staples at one point which was kind of crazy. Take it easy and line up some help with your kids so you can recovery and it take it at your pace...
Going back to work and caring for a child is a huge difference. I am 6 1/2 weeks out and he is nine months tomorrow( I also have a 2 1/2 year old)...I still cant carry him for long periods of time. It took me almost a month to be able to hold him with out pain. Luckily I have a very supportive husband who took over all duties and was amazing! Thanks everyone for the words of encouragement. I know it will take awhile to recover. I'm gonna ask my sisters and I'm sure Grandma will be happy to help with the kids. I just know kids are alot of work, especially a four month old and a one and half year old, don't wanna overwhelm the relatives, but I'm sure it will be fine... Thanks again guys....
