My first question is Do you know any Medifast recipes or sites with Medifast recipes for garden grown food? Many thanks for any response. Another question on my mind: Today is the day. I'm ready. Not really scared, just fluttery in my stomach and a bit tense in my shoulders. I guess my stomach is anticipating the event and my shoulders are anticipating the gas! I've shed 14.6 lbs in the past 13 days and already feel better, so I can only imagine what it will be when I reach the points that you all have reached. I'm looking forward to eating to live rather than living to eat - living rather than just existing.

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..

The only way is up..........but the scales go down!.

I'm 9 weeks post op and feel grrrreeeeeeeatttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt!!.

5 stone 3 lb lost!! You will feel great too, just be patient with yourself! You have learnt the meaning of living to eat (as I have) now it's time to truly learn the meaning of "eating to live". Good luck, my thoughts and prayers are will you xx..
