Got a question, hope someone can answer... Does anyone have any good Medifast recipes for Pork Tenderloin? Hoping for any response. Another question I got... Hello all.... Today makes one month I am post op! Man, where does the time go??? If feels like yesterday that I was on pins and needles wondering what's going to happen, how's it going to feel? how am I igoing to feel and all that..

As for my weight loss, well in my opinion it's kinda discouraging. Guess I thought I would be down more, but oh well, the scale is going in the right direction so I wont complain..

Different people have asked me what's the progress and I have said numbers off the top of my head counting from different points in the course. so, today I am going to give yall a breakdown..

Ok... 2 years ago I weighed 498 pounds. I started taking.

Alli.

And got down to 427 pounds. Kinda hovered around there for a long time. On May 27, I weighed in at 411 (this is when I started all my pre op stuff)..

June 16 I weighed 407..

Surgery.

Date, 7/27, I weighed in at 383 and as of yesterday I am not 362..

So, when I am asked how much have I lost... I dont know which number to give.. LOL.

Oh well.. I got the go ahead for SOFT foods starting tomorrow!! YAYYY!!.

Thanks for all your help and support. You guys are awesome!!! Keep me in.

Prayer.

As I continue down this road to a better and healthier ME!.

Time definitely has flown. I remember calling you the day of.

Surgery.

And you were out cold...lol.

In any event, you know you rock girl. There's nothing to be discouraged about because you have come a long way. Don't measure your success simply by the numbers on the scale- -we are more than just a number. You made this a lifestyle change and babygirl it's going to take more than just four weeks to see big numbers. Keep up the great work. I wish you the best on your journey to a healthier you.

Love ya'..

Girl, you are doing great! I, too, had the same concerns. I was really slow to lose in the beginning, but now I'm 9 weeks out and have noticed the past two weeks my weight loss has really taken off..... but 20 pounds in your first month is awesome! You have nothing to worry about...
