Well you've taken the first step, that's the important thing. Support is your best bet, and getting back on track. Maybe try the 5-day pouch test, go back to basics, and kind of start all over again....

I am a year out in my honeymoon phase but still I find I need regular support. I attend bariatric angels meetings..

Many attendees are out 6 or 7 years and there is an expected amount of weight regain. My surgeon showed a graph where it occurs after a couple of years out. My metabolism has changed my body is used to less than 1000 calories a day and.

Bariatric angels has daily webinars for support basically support peer on line with voices and faces if you care to share them via web cam..
This group has helped to realize when my thinking about eating is off and that I am not alone in this journey. It provides a safe place to share fears and concerns as well as successes..
It has helped me with my eating choices and better yet it is helping me to discover my life again..
So much changes with this.

On a physical plane that it takes a while for the head to catch up.It just helps to have a supportive group while I grow into the new eating physical body and helps to put my issues that trigger my eating choices..
Wishing you the best.

Dr Barkers next evening support group is Sept 8th in Dallas. I went to my first one last month and it was great! This site is wonderful as well...
Thank You! Thank You! Thank You to each and every one of you who have shown amazing support. I was getting soooooo discouraged and you ladies have helped me regain my confidence! I have re-committed to going back to the gym as of today and will continue doing so til I lose that last of 70lbs that I need to lose. It was originally 50lbs but with the 20lbs that I've regained, I now need to lose 70 instead of 50. I know I can do it and I'm happy that the LORD gave me the guidance to find this site..
To khanson 80 and Lcat4, I am going to go to Dr Barker's next meeting on Sept 8th and hopefully I can meet you 2 ladies in person. I don't know if I need to contact anyone to alert them that I will be @ the meeting so I will just show up and hopefully they will greet me with open arms because I really feel that I need this meeting to help keep me on track..
You all have a awesome-licious day and keep up the great work and support. *huge hugs*..
I've heard that gaining 10-20 pounds back is normal...
