Yes sir! however you might wanna make sure and wait for another commenter to confirm it as I am not very confident. Better yet, why don't you ask the Medifast guys because they can give you help better...
Thanks. How much water do you drink ? do you.
At all. What type of vitamins do you take. I don't take.
I feel tired all the time...
There's nothing wrong with drinking except the calories and the new responsibility that come when you try to drink with an altered digestive system..
My policy was if you need to round the corners, use medicatiions that don't compete for your limited calories. As long as you're still in the mid 200's I recommend never drinking a calorie..
I assure you though it's probably not the alcohol as much as the stuff you eat when you're in that mode. If you stay with the program, water and feed your big body well, you be back on track in notime..
I think your weightloss so far is magnificent. In my personal opinion that is a big enough motivator for me not to jeopardize my efforts. Just because they gave you the clearance does not mean that it should be consumed with no moderation. This is something that should be done socially or once in a while. (This is coming from someone who could at one point tear up a bottle of blackberry merlot.).
If you have been cleared to work out I would recommend trying that on for size. That way it could change up your routine and your doing something that will benefit you and your health and not necessarily thinking about wine. Usually if it's out of sight it is out of mind- -stop purchasing it. If you feel you do truly have an addiction to alcohol maybe you can seek guidance from a counselor at your program or AA..
I wish you the best of luck and I know you will be seeing bigger weight loss in the near future. You will get what you put in hun..
Only your doctor can advise you what to take. Bariatric Advantage has some decent.
I am not a doctor but a fellow GBS patient had RNY on June 3rd 2010..
Vitamin b-12 is vitamin b-12.
However I do the injection once a month, then I don't have to do the pills for the month..
To me is alot easier and leaves me with no worry of forgetting...
I saw my doctor today and he said that he looks for a 2/3 pound weight loss a week. According to my math, you are right on track. So no worries there!.
I give myself a B12 shot once a month. To me, it just seems easier than a daily regimine. But like wulf said, B12 is B12. Also, break the.
In half. Goes down much easier that way and you won't risk getting it stuck...
Protein + water + vitamins +.
= weight loss..
Stick to your program and it will automatically come off. Go back over all your information and vitamins lists. Check with your program's nutritionist. They will help you tweek your personal needs. It's important to get the basics in regularly. You can do it if you choose to support yourself this way..
I take Bariatric Advantage.
Chocolate chews. They are great and go down easily. There is also chewable.
And multi-vit available..
Have you considered.
To help with self sabotage? There are many different kinds of therapies out there that can help. Make the commitment to love and take care of yourself...
My alcoholism started with wine. If you feel the need to drink, I suggest you seek out an AA, or OA meeting in your area. At least listen and see what you learn about yourself..
Right now, getting the emotional issues balanced are far more important than weight loss, although there is no reason you can't do both. Good Luck!..
Is in liquid form. I couldn't do the chewablei got it at a natural Medifast food store...
Masimini25, I was told no alcohol for a year! I would definitely nix the wine, since it is just empty calories. Focus on your proteins and water. Most doctors say 64 oz of water a day. I drink Propel, it is very satisfying. Also, maybe try a protein shake to fill you up. I couldn't take the horse pills either, so I went to the Bariactric Advantage website and got raspberry flavored.
Chews and a chewable multivitamin tablet. I have a B12 tablet that you melt under your tongue once a week. I got that at Walgreens. I do wish you the best of luck to stay on track!..
