I find them dry too, so I usually mash up half of my banana serving in the mix and eat the rest of it with the pancake! Then, I usually use my fat serving (peanut butter) on the pancakes with the SF syrup. Love it! Love it!..

I like to make the pancakes with fruit in them. I either add a serving of peaches to the batter, or a serving of applesauce and some cinnamon..

I love to add fresh or frozen blueberries to the mix. I also sometimes take half an apple and chop half of that to add to the mix, slice the other quarter and saute alongside of the pancakes. Almost any fruit like berries or apples will work well with pancakes...

I nuke blackberries with some SF syrup in the microwave and pour over Dukan Diet pancakes. This with an egg beaters omlete w/mushrooms and onions is my absolute favorite breakfast just had it this morning and YUMMO!.

Also like to put banana and a tsp of SF choc chips in the batter or use Paul's bundt cake recipe double YUMMO!..

I like to make two pancakes out of the Dukan Diet mix (make the batter a little thin so they spread out). Put fresh blueberries and some splenda on the stove and cook it down to a syrup. Then take one pancake, cover with 1/2 c. FF cottage cheese (for your dairy/protein serving), put the second pancake on top, cover with the blueberries, a tablespoon of FF Cool Whip, and it's almost like an IHOP cheese blitz!..

I always put a splash of vanilla exctract in them. Makes all the difference...
