Does this happen to any of you?: I make coffee for my partner often. She likes soy milk in it - I like to take a sip of the soymilk which is not allowed on the diet. I tell myself "it's just a taste". The problem is I do this maybe three or four times a day. Last night I was able to avoid temptation by reminding myself how far I've come and that usually seems to help me from continuing to eat things I should not..
Denise ~ sometimes it s all those little tastes or bites or BLTs that we call them that add up to no losses..
Every sip count ~ especially multiple ones ... try just for tomorrow nothing off plan ~ then repeat.
Or I find chewing gum is a lifesaver! Chew when you pour her her coffee!!!..

Traveling almost all the time so exercise was not easy. But not traveling for a while now! So I'll get better. Big week on the weight loss. I know it will slow now, but I do like to revel in the big numbers..
