I'm not sure if that makes any sense.<br /><br />Orkut is hosted in the US, and the only reason I know this is because Brazil and India had to contact Google in the US about Orkut, since their servers are on American soil (and thereby go by different laws).<br /><br />Second,<br /><br />Why would Orkut host any of their servers in unstable regions? This is the insider info.
