Oohhh sorry - I guess that didn't answer your question. I look at it this way... our lifestyle - our raw foods are the easiest things to get ahold of really..... EVERY COUNTRY HAS RAW VEGGIES AND FRUIT... EVERY SINGLE ONE.... so there will ALWAYS be somthing we can eat....

Just keep in mind everything in Britian is smaller than in the US, so dont look for the big chain health foods stores..
The markets Lukychrm42 mentioned plus Waitrose may be up there just look online. I know that in England there is Costco so you may want to check if there is a location more up north. And there generally is a small healthfood shop in most towns again just on a smaller scale..
When I go visiting I actually take bulk bags of nuts with me!.

Everyone I spoke to in scotland HATED the movie braveheart. it's not true to the story at all. lol...
I wonder if you are in Scotland now. They have two supermarkets there. One of them is the Co-op and they have just made it bigger. Hope this helps...
