Good question... I dunno what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I discover an good answer. You should email the people at Godaddy as they probably know..

Stormkatrina.net.

Stormkatrina.org.

I got them when the storm was big, they were my first ones ever lol..

If you want to GIVE away I wouldn't mind taking them...

Better yet, you could dontate these!.

If you think letting them drop feels good, wait till you see how donating them feels.

Anybody have any info on a charity auction or the like?..

Those are good domains I dont know what you can do with them...

Yes ... stormkatrina.org can especially be made into a charity GoDaddy site .. and in future be used as an alerting service for similar incidents in future (lets hope never)..

NamePros will be hosting the 3rd Annual Domains For Charity auction next month. We'll have more over the coming weeks...

^Great, I'll donate if no one wants to buy.

I was going to donate it to my school, they started a fund... But they're too n00b to even know how to use one. Plus, I didn't want to look like a nerd lol..

I wouldn't try to make money off a name like that. Just seems kinda wrong..

^Well, I did spend $8 on them. so selling them again isn't a big thing imo...

Donating them sounds like a great way to be rid of them and to feel good at the same time..

Good luck with whatever you decide...

What are the names.

Any name Can generate Traffic and income.

There is a Secret (not really a secret but is often forgotten).

Subdomains,subdirectorys,content,filenames ..

Say you have a HostGator that is not very keyword friendly.

Like Fgtrf.com.

So just create a few subdomains like.

Business.Fgtrf.com.

Poker.Fgtrf.com.

Or some subdirectories and keyword rich filenames.

Fgtrf.com/business/business.html.

Fgtrf.com/poker/poker.html.

Put some meaningful content with keywords.

Submit to your favourite Search engine.

And stand back.

Don't believe me.

Pick a Popular search term like "Poker".

Check the first 20 entries indexed by Dogpile.com, a Hybrid search engine.

That incorporates listings from MSN,Google,Yahoo and other search ingine.

I Can bet you at least one is a Hit for a Subdomain/Subdirectory/Filename/content with that Search term.

First ranked should be "POKER.com" right.

No out of the first 40 it is 16th place.

Of the first 40 ,7 don't even have poker anywhere in the HostGator Name.

19th is Shopping.msn.com not even remotely related to Gambling.

Others have keyword as follows.

3rd is holdemgenius.com.

(keyword in content).

21st is en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Online_poker.

(subdir).

28th is guinnessandpoker.blogspot.com.

(subdomain).

36th is pagat.com/vying/poker.html.

(fileName).

Most people in the Hyped up keyword hysteria, grab Keyword rich names for great keyword names but in some Crappy ext..

Type-ins for the .com and maybe .net,.info,.org account for some traffic ,but a lot of traffic generated is by clicking a search engine resultant listing.

So poker.crap.com is just as able to be.

SEO.

Optimised to a good position..

Each, or in total? Just wondering who's doing $4 domains, if it's in total..

TIA..

With .net go create a directory of storm related sites..

Put a website on them and sell them for cheap (more than the HostGator is worth) don't just let them goto waste!..
