Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you an answer..

I think I went to Harmony Market once and liked it- but I usually shop at maple city market here in Goshen. it has a lot of the stuff I need and it's cheaper than Harmony.

No doubt, Harmony Market has always overcharged. I've never been to maple city market-is that the co-op?.

I know there is a staff who works there that is Raw....one thing that is frustrating as of late is that I seem to have to hop from the Co-op to the health Medifast food stores, to the grocery...to find what I need...and I'm just transitioning to Raw!
