That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..
Go with what your heart tells you...only you can make that decision. I think it is the best decision I ever made aside from marrying my husband...lol. The biggest loser contestants get to put there life on hold for 6 months and do nothing but.
Exercise.
, very few people can do that. Good luck on your decision..

Plus the biggest loser contestants might lose to begin with but then have the same problem we all had after we lost the initial 30 ,40 maybe even 100 lbs,,,,, we cant keep it off! Even with.
Surgery.
We might not if we arnt committed but at least we have a swinging try!.
They don't show this result on the biggest loser!!.
Robin..
Gym trainer. He makes money if you are fat... Your family and freinds Love you and want you to be healthyTHANK..
Don't let anyone...including a trainer, tell you what is best for you. Only you know what is best for you. I am sure you have considered other options and consider this decision to be the best one..
I have a friend that made the decision and commitment to work out 6 days a week and work with a trainer for the past 2 years. He has lost the same amount of weight that I have and tried to talk some crap with me last night. I set him straight and educated him about my decision to permanently alter my anatomy and the lifestyle changes and decisions that I make daily to care for my body. It shut him up pretty quickly. I also told him that I have a lot of respect for him for being so committed to his routine and changes. You may want to do the same with the trainer.
If he cannot be that support for you, then move on to another trainer that will..
Congrats on your decision to take control of your health. You are supported here in this group. A lot of us totally understand your situation..
Hang in there!..
