Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I bump into an answer. You should email the people at iContact as they probably could help you..

Hi it's me again. I guess it's to hard for me. Is cpanel something included in oscommerce? I used it trying to figure out zencart but I didnt know it was for this also. I have tried everything but I think it is to complicated if I cant do it all in oscommerce..

Cpanel is USUALLY included with your hosting account and is NOT included with OSC. I typically use an FTP to download the files I wish to edit, then edit them using an editor and then upload them back to the host with the FTP..

Not sure why you are referencing Zencart......Zencart and OSC are both E-commerce solutions (same type of program) and DO NOT go well together..

I tried Zencart before I tried this. I couldnt configure it either so I started over and tried OScommerce. I dont know how to use cpanel to find the file in question..

If you don't know how to use your web iContact site cpanel to browse directories then I would have to wonder whether osc is really for you. Installing it is only the beginning of setting up shop, not the end, and it's very much a 'roll your own' kind of product to get a shop functioning in the way you want with a distinctive look and feel..

Anyway, if you don't know how to use the cpanel iContact website administration functions provided by your host, you will have to ask them, or look at the documentation/knowledgebase/instructions they provide you with...

Cody,.

Depending on your setup, you can use cpanel to located the file and edit it.........or use an FTP program to download the file, edit it and then upload it back to your server..
