Mmm the thing is, Belgium has three common languages. French, Dutch, and German, with English a second tier language, that leaves most of these domains making little sense to the country in question..
I think it's best to get .be domains that are aimed at people outside Belgium, they may wish to travel there, work there, live there...and are currently english speakers..
