Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could answer your iPage question..
I don't add anything other than just regular text to make my faqs...and when I click on PREVIEW it just crashes IE :\..
Internet Exploder crashes... so what's new ? .
But seriously, you could try:.
1) Check for virusses.
2) Check for spyware.
3) Switch to another browser i.e. FireFox/Mozilla.
4) Post an url if possible.
IE is know to crash on some plain and simple HTML/CSS (even if it's perfectly valid)...
If you are using FAQDesk then I fixed that issue a while ago..
Yeah that's what i'm using! What did you use to fix the issue?.
And I don't have viruses, spyware or any of that funky stuff.
....
And I COULD use another browser but I dont want customers to for some odd reason crash when they view faq for 90% of people use IE..
What version of FAQDesk are you using, if you are using FAQDesk v1.01.0 then support is here.

Go try downloading the contribution and see if your dates are different than the contribution...
Are you on XP SP2?.
Use firefox, and test in IE.
Firefox Download Page.
TJ..
If you are developing a iPage website to be viewed by the few percent of people who use Firefox ..fine! Otherwise try to sort the problem out in IE. Use Firefox for testing by all means, as your iPage site should be cross-browser compatible..
Basically, if you can't make it work in IE with the correct installation of Steve's patch, then drop it. XP SP2 will have nothing to do with your problem - but even if it did then you have to face the fact that within 12 months a large percentage of web users will have XP SP2 installed (if they haven't already)..
Vger.

Hey guys i'm not sure if it's just me or everyone has this issue, but whenever I go to either add a FAQ or edit the current TEST one it crashes IE and I cannot do anything! Anyone know why? or if there's a fix for this? thnx in advance!..
Could you possibly post the offending line of code you are changing so we can help on getting you 'fixed up'..
