Got a quick question: I want Free Medifast diet plan for fast weight loss? Hoping for any answer or 2. Second question of mine... Good Morning!.

Im about a month pre-op and Im trying to ease myself into this new way of eating. I have been very impressed with eggfaces recipes and decided to begin trying some of them out and thought Id give a little tastebud review..

I made two of the bars last night: the apple nut breakfast bars and the fruity breakfast bars..

I actually found soy milk and soy flour at Wal-Mart (you have to want to find the soy milk lol). I used regular old Quaker oats..

I added a little sugar to the fruity breakfast bars. When I make them again, Ill substitute the sugar with the artificial sweetener you can bake with. They are a little dry so Ill probably add a bit of milk or light apple sauce next time for added moisture. They are surprisingly tasty in a nutty, health-foody kind of way. As my bad sugary Medifast food habits change I can see where I will like them even more. I didnt use the sugar-free vanilla syrup because I dont have any and I hate the DaVinci sugar-free syrups, which is why I added a little sugar.

I am going to make my interpretation of the.

Cinnamon.

Cream cheese frosting for them this afternoon which should kick them up several notches. The blueberries are great in them..

My favorite was the apple nut bars. I like the.

Cinnamon.

And apple taste and they were moisturer(?) (yes, that is an official tastebud review word), which Im pretty sure came from using applesauce as a moistening base instead of the banana in the fruity bars. The recipe actually called for sugar-free apple butter, but I didnt want to buy that big jar so I bought a six-pack of those little apple sauce cups. Be careful with those though the sugar grams are off the chart. I found a no sugar added, light pack that was much better than the others. I added extra.

Cinnamon.

Because I really like.

Cinnamon.

Actually I used my.

Cinnamon.

Sugar. Again, I will replace that later with a Splenda blend. These really dont need any extra sweetener though because of the apple sauce and dried apple bits. Very tasty. I ate one for breakfast this morning. I am going to try some of that sugar-free caramel ice cream sauce as a topping.

Remember that anything extra you add to sweeten, etc., is divided by eight, so if you add 8 extra sugar grams of apple sauce you are only eating 1 gram of sugar per bar. Also, I didnt have a 5x7 baking dish so I used my 8x8 and they turned out just fine. I used my little Medifast food processor and ground my almonds first, then added the oats and pulsed, then I added the baking powder and flour. I felt that would work better then dumping it all in and trying the grind the almonds and oats..

Eggface rocks!! Here is a link to her blogspot:.

I have tried a number of her caseroles, the blueberry breakfast bars, the summer bean salad (the one w/ the lemon, olive oil dressing and the shrimp), the protein ice cream and mini cakes, and most recently the ricotta cheese pancakes....all were out of this world....!!!! Her receipes have been a godsend for the "slumps" when you just get sick of eating the same thing over and overplus her maxx protein is by far the best I've ever tastedI've asked my GNC to get it they won't, so I just order from the website. Michele...YOU NEED TO MAKE A COOKBOOK and reap the benefits of your generosity!!! I would pay top dollar for such a thing w/ your recipes at my fingertips!!! :).

Her crustless quiches, I made them for a bridal shower brunch, everyone loved them......

Numerous casseroles... all were awesome..
