Ye, but... you might wanna make sure and wait for another person to confirm it as I am on the fence. Better yet, why don't you give a call to the Medifast guys because they can answer your Medifast question better...
I had similar problems and my.
Potassium.
Was super low. Under 3.0. I was really dehydrated and dizzy all the time. I did not however get enough fluid for the amount of.

Just offering support. I can't relate and don't know enough to help, but wanted to offer my support!..
You should call your doc immediately. I had the same thing once I dropped weight and it was my meds that my former self needed, well since losing the weight I didn't need them anymore. Only your doc can determine what is going on...keep us posted and good luck..
Potassium.
Too low? That has happened to both Alex and I when we were heavy. Maybe your doctor should run some labs on you...

Reading.
Responses on here I can tell it's probably due to not getting enough water...
I'm not sure exactly what to tell you. But I have to offer that I experienced a lot of episodes with my vision going black or sparkly when I would stand up, or run up my stairs, etc. I was told this could be because as obese people our blood vessels are dialated. When we do something sudden, our hearts are used to moving a lot of blood, so it's like we get too much circulation for our smaller bodies, resulting in the vision changes. I'm not sure if that's true, but you being a nurse. Does that happen?..
Oh boy oh boy I could have written your post. I have been experiencing the passing out, fell hit my head etc....
Walking.
15ft. and making it to chair before I passed out etc... dizy, lightheaded etc...Very scary. Labs show creatine (sp) level is too high, so they told me drink drink drink. Callie and I had just been discussing the black sparkle vision (her perfect description of what happens before you pass out!) over the weekend. Also she suggested to be certain to breathe when it is happening, that has helped a bit.
I take bp meds and psych. meds awaiting appt. to get them adjusted (fyi).
Surgery.
Was 6/16/09, still not back at work yet. Cannot physically walk the 3 houses to corner of my block and back. I wish I could get a straight answer but while the surgeon is great, his staff sux. Sorry but it is true. His staff sent me to my own PCP to get the blood work that surgeon wanted done. Claudia I would love to know your progress on this matter.
Would send me to ER, yet they both called me at home to tell me to drink more water. what the heck does that tell you? sorry gang didnt expect to vent..
