I too love raw corn! No oil, no salt, just plain, fresh out of the garden. YUM!.

Corn Salad with Cilantro Dressing.
4 fresh Corn Cobs, stripped.
1 diced Red Bell Pepper.
1 Avocado, cubed.
1 minced Garlic.
1 small Onion.
1 small bunch Cilantro.
1 Lime, juiced.
Tsp Sea Salt (or to taste).
2 tsp Flax or Olive Oil.
Tsp Cumin Powder.
In a medium bowl, combine the corn, red bell pepper & avocado. Set aside. In a blender, Vita-Mix or Medifast food processor, combine the dressing ingredients. Pulse until the cilantro is finely chopped. Mix the dressing with the salad. Enjoy!..

Corn is like RAW candy! You can't hardly just have one piece. I don't do anything to it but eat it all by itself. Raw and yummy!..

So I did it...I ate raw corn today. It was organic and from whole foods but it really didnt have any taste. It was in my fridge for 2 days so maybe that has something to do with it. It was OK but Id be fine not eating again..
Raw corn is yummy! I spread avacado on it like it's butter and use salt and pepper. SO GOOD!..

Raw corn is so much more lovely to eat than cooked.. it doesn't get stuck in your teeth and has the most amazing crunch!.

I don't eat it much anymore. All the talk of GM & mycotoxins turned me away from it, but to each their own. It also makes me feel tired...
