First off, What are good and healthy dinner Medifast recipes for a family of 3? Many thanks for any comment. My 2nd question... I mentioned the other day that I had heard that it was possible to get free (or discounted) skin removal for donations to a burn unit. I was given the following information. Apparently skin donation after wls is being done in some places but I know nothing about this organization, so I won't vouch for any of this! Here is a link to see if you would qualify..

I filled out the information and had a message that said I would be contacted within the next 48 hours to let me know "if this service is available in your location" We shall see what they have to say..

Wouldn't it be exciting if this could work out for some of us? I could already donate a good 20-30 lbs of excess skin and I don't even have a.

Surgery.

Date as of yet! Imagine how much I could donate after I lose my 100 lbs!!!!..
