The ways in which my life has changed in this past year are unbelievable..

1 year ago I was 338 lbs., today I weighed in at 194.2 lbs. I feel blessed to have taken control of my life through GBS. I'm thankful to everyone who has helped to get me through this..

You have helped me when I was down, encouraged me when I was up, listened, commented, understood and even told me if I was being foolish..

I thank each and every one of you....Brett, your encouraging words have been a God Send to me. I know you like to act tough, but your truly a sheep in wolf's clothing. I don't think I could ever thank you enough..

To the people thinking about or waiting to have GBS. DO IT!!! It's not always a smooth road, twists, turns, bumps, hills, potholes, you name it. However, when you get to the newly paved road....your gonna look back and take every bit of that traveled road ahead with you.....and smile. Life is good when you get there. Trust Me..
