My 1st question is: What are some really good Italian food Medifast recipes? Thanks in advance for any response. Another question I got... So tomorrow is the start of my NEW healthy Life! I wasn't feeling nervous till I got up this morning! I have only had 1.

My whole life and that was 14 years ago! I know I am making the right decision! But I'm just scared and nervous about all the changes that I am going to have to make! Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could assist you..
