Got a question, hope someone can answer... What is a good Medifast menu plan for Christmas for 10 adults and 4 kids? Many thanks for any answer. My other question... HELP!! I have lost the drive to.

Exercise.

It seems that I am falling back into that mode of living where everything else is more important then me taking care of me. I am a newly married for the second time mommy of 3. Life is just consuming me. My excuses for not exercising are mounting up. Please give me some tips on how to stay on track or just words of support. Thank for.

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..

Sit down with your hubby look him in the eyes and tell him you need his help. You need his to support and encourage (not badger) you to get it done everyday if that means he takes the kids to an activity he will step up and do it. If he will make dinner while you work out take advantage of it. I found that when I ask my husband for help - he helps me. When I complain about how I do everything he gets defensive...

Please check out my post from yesterday. It's titled "I Never Realized". I wrote this from my heart and honestly, when I re-read it helped "revitalize"me as to why I've gone thru all of this. It brought out my inner GBS diva (LOL)..

As a wife and mother of 4 kids, I can totally relate. Please remember to put yourself first. Let us know how you're doing...

Find something you love to do & look forward to doing versus just think of as.

Exercise.

... maybe something with the kids... a dance class, dance time everyday to the radio, a swim class, Zumba, a "class" on FitTV, a daily walk or bike ride, badminton tournaments in the lawn, rollerskating, get out.

Exercise.

DVDs from the library, every Sunday night make a list of active fun things for the week so you have a plan..

Also do little things... park on the other side of the mall to the stores you are going to, other side of the market parking lot, use stairs versus escalators or elevators..

Get a before and after picture and put it on your bathroom mirror or refrigerator door. Keep one pair of your biggest pre-op pants and look at them weekly..

Best wishes!.

Here's the hot tip for motivation. I invented it for just this reason. When I first started this journey and had started losing lots of weight I sort of got stuck about a month or so out and was pretty impressed with my rapid success. I started noticing I was losing my drive.....

Now here's the deal. Find a full length mirror, take all your cloth off and jump up and down for several minutes. (you probably can't) now look at all your fat giggling around like jello. If this doesn't motivate you girl, than nothing on Gods green earth ever will. FYI, at 7 mo out I actually love my body again for the first time in 20 years. You can lose all your fat and regain the life God intended you to live..

Good luck and keep jumping..

Lucifer.

Ps if you did manage to jump for the 2 minutes, you completely flushes your lymphatic system and double your white blood cells for at least an hour. I guarantee you have done that I awhile. You should di that as many times a day as you can. Seriously!..

PS. I love LU because he always says what other people are afraid to day. You Rock!.

Lucifer - good one. I, too, get motivated from moving the rolls of skin on my stomach around as I wonder if I can help some of this go away with sit ups and cardio..
