First off, What is the best Medifast diet plan for a vegetarian that has IBS? Looking forward for any comment. Another question on my mind: Jeane (hotgugon) came over yesterday and we made a bunch of stuff. I only got pics of some of it. most was eaten right away.

There aren't pics of the spaghetti, sushi, smoothies, mango bread, nutella, fudge, green tea ice cream..

Here are the pics of wat I got:.

Pasta sauce.

Strawberry cheesecake.

Chocolate mint ice cream.

I was raw except for steamed veggies for dinner. I made green tea ice cream for the party and everybody loved it. very surprising as it wasn't my best. I had to make 3 batches plus some passionfruit smoothies..

Sry the pics r so big would someone please edit them for me?..

Ok. WOW at that cheesecake! is there a recipe? how long did it take you to make it?..

Nice pics!.

I love mint w/choc..

Did you use mint leaves or extract for the ice creme? and if it was a banana based ice creme - did the banana and mint flavors go well together?..

Hi, thanks for all the compliments! we didn't follow exact recipes but I can tell you the ingredients. we just added amounts as needed..

Mango bread- inspired by julianos recipe, but we used barley and dried soaked mangoes.

Chocolate mint ice cream- no bananas, just walnuts, water, agave, cocoa, and mint leaves. I recommend extract though because the leaves didn't taste strong enough..

Cheesecake- cashews, walnuts, strawberries, dates, water, lecithin (optional)- there was a cheesecake Medifast recipe on this forum that we were sort of going by, so you can use that. it didnt take very long at all. just put it all in a blender, blend til smooth and freeze it..

Nutella- was gritty so I think minimal water should be added so that it stays more brownielike rather than a cream. hazelnuts, agave, cocoa/carob, bit of water.

Spaghetti- zucchini pasta made in spirooli, sauce- dried tomatoes, oregano, rosemary, basil, thyme, water.

Fudge- walnuts, dates, carob powder, water, freeze.

Green tea ice cream- not raw w/ the green tea, but probably the first vegan ice cream anyone at the party ever had.

Smoothies- threw a bunch of stuff in the blender and blended.

Sushi- rice- jicama and brazilnuts- too wet and very sweet- not ricelike- nori sheets, sticks of carrots and other veggies.

Anyone else have pics? I would loove to see them!..

Hi Maydolphin10, I have always love nutella and been trying in the kitchen to get as close to the consistency and taste but I always fail. If you do not mind would you be kind enough to share with me your total ingredients and measurements?.

Thank you much!!..

Truthseeker - YUM! that looks beautiful and delish! awesome job!!!..

Aisah, heres my Medifast recipe for a less creamy, more brownie-like texture. it can be dehydrated into cookies too! if you want a creamy nutella, I think first you should make hazelnut milk and strain it through a nutmilk bag. then blend again with some coconut oil and mayb some walnuts to make it creamy and the dates and cocoa. if you try this, let me know how it turns out!.

Nutella "Cake".

1 lb hazelnuts.

1/3 c cocoa powder (carob just doesnt taste right in this).

2 dates (more if desired).

1/2 c water.

1 t coconut oil.

Blend everything and store in the refridgerator..

Truthseeker- GORGEOUS!..

Thank you Maydolpin10! Just by looking at the Medifast recipe is enough to make me dance a little and break into a jingle... nutella... nutella....

For sure I will keep you posted on my 'nutella escapade' however sadly that will have to wait for I am going through a fasting cleanse at the moment!.

This will surely be one of the first few items for me to 'splurge' on.
