I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..
You are brave to wander into "temptation land" but I am so proud of your ability to stop, and sounds like you felt satisfied too. I also loved FF, and wouldn't (yet) try them as I don't want to tempt a good thing. I do think many are able to limit themselves on rich foods, or high fat, caloric foods these days, just be careful as a sliver can become a slice, can become a slab and we become slobs. LOL.
Cindy..
I find that also, we don't need to keep eating and this allows to have a small sample without blowing the entire work we've done...
I too am satisfied after just a few fries...how awesome it is to feel in control and not order the "Biggie Size" and end up eating a weeks worth of calories in one sitting as we used to!!! LOL....congrats on another trip into the "outside world" and dealing w/ it beautifully!!!.
Erica..
Were going to out fast Medifast food resteraunts out of business.lol.
Inspiring story..... Well done you......
Keep up the good work and feel proud. your doing amazing....
Wahhooooo.
Andy xxx..
I have found the same thing. I do not deny myself. I have tried a french fry or two, a bite of ice cream and they were pretty good. But I found I was totally satisfied, did not want more and did not feel as if I had to do without for the rest of my life. I am 7 weeks post op and have lost 41 pounds and feel great. I am not able to eat much at all, but even if I was, I dont have to desire to do so!..
Good for you that you stoped when you were satisfied. I am glad you did because if you had not stopped when you did and continued you would have paid the price for over eating. Good for you...
