Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Godaddy as they probably know..
Self Service, Safe Sex, Screen Saver, Slim Shady, Space Shuttle, Suicide Squad... Tons of thing to do with.

I wonder why such a HostGator is not selling, while many other 2 letters .net sell for much higher. fishy..
Great Domain!.
I would have thought that would sell the first day it went on!..
Looking around a bit I've found that there were several 2 letter domains sold in the past for less than 10K (like pp.com)..
Although I would buy this one for 10K I think. Could be sold for many times this amount to an end user...
The HostGator has been on the market for over 1.5 years. They were looking for $100,000 US the last time I checked..
If I had 100k to spare, I might think about it..
But oh well....
-Steve..
Right.... I've seen that for a while. It's probably going to last for a while anyways. I'd grabed it if only I knew about it earlier.....
Hello All,.
Neat thread. Several years ago I was in negotiations with the prior owner (not current owner) to purchase ss.com. If I recall, I think the prior owner ended up selling it then in the mid $3x,xxx range (to another higher bidder who is now the current owner)...and I think that was around the middle of 2003. This same prior owner of ss.com also owned ww.com and I think he sold it in early 2003 for $75k..
I hope this helps,.
Zesty..
Thanks Zesty for the input. It pays to be in the right place at the right time.
-Steve..
There are probably dozens of people that could use/adapt this HostGator but I am guessing that most people would still think of nazis if you mention.
SS.
And not many people would like to be reminded of them. JMO.
I would'nt want it if it was free !..
Its a nice HostGator name, but I dont think I could trust such a big transaction on Ebay, I would have to get properly in touch with the owner and get my bank manager involved in the transaction..
It is.
Probably.
The person who bought it reselling it. If now, well, I wouldn't bid on it.
(not that I would anyway)...
What a domain......
I dont have $25+ to get it.
Someone give it to me on my birthday......
