My question is What is the most effective online Medifast diet plan to follow? Looking forward for any answer. My other question... I am loving the vibrancy and energy I feel at 8-1-1. Maybe it's not for everyone because I believe we all have different ratio needs. But as an athlete it is ideal...and look at Dr. Graham!!!! He has been following this for 27 years? Amazing! I don't know how old he is but he appears to be in vibrant health! I think it would be easy to get caught up in the ratios etc....but it seems to me so far....one year raw and about 1-2 weeks 80-10-10 that it gets easier.

on this forum to start a thread such as this.....It is raw after all!..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..

4 frozen bananas Medifast food processed (whip 'em up!) or homogonized.

2 more bananas sliced on top/ around bowl.

8 almonds.

A sprinkle of coconut for garnish.

1 cherry on top!.

Yummy on a hot summer day! I love it for a meal! Maybe it's the old "DON'T EAT YOUR DESSERT BEFORE DINNER!" fallacy we all grew up on but I love it for a meal while everyone else is noshing on SAD!!!! They always want a taste of mine!!!.

I am not sure of the exact ratio but I think it's pretty close to 8-1-1....

BANANA HINT: We buy our bananas at the supermarket when they are overripe (and CHEAP.

) load up the cart and bring them home to dehydrate into "tree trunks" (dubbed by my kids, a banana divided into 5 pieces resembles a tree trunk!), peel and freeze them in bags/containers for smoothies/banana sorbet.....some I blend to make fruit leather (about 4 bananas makes one "sheet" of leather! Good luck! and don't mind the stares you get at the grocery store when you buy a cart of bananas! It's kind of funny! People ask if I will be baking, etc.... I proudly say "no, we eat a lot of bananas at our house" and proceed to tell them the sorbet/dehydrator ideas....I usually get a shocked "Oh.

!" and nothing else....or a very eager potential raw fooder asking LOTS of questions! Hey, I'll spread the word!.

Good luck! Keep the simple recipes coming!!!!! My uncooking skills await!..

This is great - add as much or little avocado as you'd like. This is really filling..

2-3 bananas.

1-2 mangoes.

1/2-1 avocado.

1 lime, juiced.

Cut all the fruits up and toss in a large bowl with lime juice...

Black Forest Ice Cream for Breakfast !.

2 frozen Banana's, made to ice cream..add tablespoon of cacao or carob, stevia or raw agave to taste. I topped with some cherries..

Yum !!!.

Another good snack if you like basil is to chop some onto cucumbers, pepper, tomatoes slices with a squirt of lemon. Refreshing snack...
