My question is What over the counter Dukan Diet pills really work? Many thanks for any answer. Another question on my mind: These were so good and so easy!! I'm not a fan of the ravioli, but I sure miss those fattening toasted raviolis dipped in ranch dressing!! These really hit the spot. I took the ravioli out of the sauce and rinsed them off really well, then pat them dry. Dip them into a beaten egg white or just egg beaters (it only takes a very small ammount) and roll them in bread crumbs. It only takes a very small ammount of the crumbs as well. I even mixed in a little parmesan cheese with the crumbs.

Then I baked them at 400-425 until they were golden brown. I dipped them in light ranch dressing. You could also dip them in a marinara sauce if you'd prefer. Christina.

Shown here with green beans and sweet potato fries...

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can answer it..

LOL!! They were!! Now keep in mind that they don't get crisp like a regualr fry does, but I really love them. I just peel and cut a small sweet potato into fry size strips. Try to get them all the same size so they cook even. Put them on a foil lined baking sheet that's been sprayed with cooking spray, then spray them with olive oil spray or cooking spray. I salt and pepper mine and bake them in a preheated 425 degree oven. When the bottoms start to brown (I've never timed them, probably about 25 minutes or so) then I flip them over with a spatula and continue cooking them until the other side is brown.

I really love them!!..

Isn't there more I can do? I feel bad that you're doing soo much! Ohhhh I found more pics on photo bucket too!! I really really need to spend some time getting all that in order. Like this recipe, I didn't even have posted on my board! I don't know why, but it wasn't there!..

Also bumping so I can find this tomorrow when I have a sweet potato. I love Dukan Diet ffods but what you do with thenm is nothing short of amazing!..

Do you think you could "make" bread crumbs from FiberOne cereal? Sometimes we have cereal in the house when we don't have bread crumbs! What do you think?.

Julie..

Good morning Julie!! I know some people do so it's worth a shot! I never have only because to me fiber one is a bit on the sweet side and I'm afraid that it would taste weird. What I usually do is take a piece of the double fiber bread I use that's 40 cals a slice and whiz it up in the food processor and make my own crumbs. You can either have them fresh or dry them out really well and store them in your pantry. Have a great day!! Chris..

Chris ....Thanks so much... I am guessing I am the lady from the dinner thread.

Now I know that I will not have to waste those raviolis as this looks wonderful. How do you count the sweet potato fries ( is that a vegetable?)..

Just copy and paste it into a Word document and save it on your desktop!..

That would be you!!! LOL!! Sorry I couldn't remember your name off the top of my head. I couldn't believe I didn't have it posted on my recipe board!! I felt so bad, here I send you over there and it isn't even there!!.

Thank goodness when I did a search for it here, it was still here!! For teh sweet potato fries, I do count them as a veggie. I don't eat them everyday, but between these and zuchinni fries, they really help with that fast food urge ya know?..

Yum zucchini fries.... I love the summer vegetables. Thanks again..

My favorite way to make them is to cut them into sticks. Don't make them too big or thick because they won't crisp up well. I dip them in beaten egg white (use a ziplock bag to make it really easy. Then I shake them in panko bread crumbs that I season with season salt and red pepper. Spray a baking sheet and spray the tops of the fries as well. Bake them at 450 until they begin to brown. I flip them and continue to brown the other side...

Once again Christina you have out done yourself. I am sick of the ravioli they way they are & love toasted ravioli's I can't wait to try these tomight for dinner with my spaghetti squash. YUMM!!!!!.

THANK YOU!..

LOL!! Seriously I love you Michael. You're a wonderful friend and one of the kindest most generous people I've ever known. Sure you and the family don't want to move to the east coast??..

I am sad to say I ate supper tonight before getting on the discussion boards. Can you guess what I had? Yup, the ravioli. And it was my last one. I am not a fan of the sauce and threw most of that away. This would have been so much better!..

Oh wow! Great to meet you Christina! I am going to print this out and order some Rav's in my next order! THANKS!!!!!!..

Well I ate my last one tonight too, sooooo you know what that means? Since I don't order the Dukan Diet food anymore, I guess I will have to come up with my own ravioli recipe to use. It shouldn't be too hard with the Dukan Diet one's being 250 calories! I'll let you know if I come up with anything...

Hi Kris!! Nice to meet you too!! Your horse is a beauty!!!..

I can hardly wait for that recipe! Thank you..

BTW, I registered on your board tonight...what an awesome job you have done...

Are these recipes for newbies like myself who are going to be long-term and need to remain very strick on Dukan Diet or more for short-term or maintenance people? Thanks..

Christina's recipes substitute and complement the current program very well. They can be used at any point in the program. But I would recommend getting used to it first, before substituting right away...

Hi!! I was wondering also about your beans in the pic....how are they made?? I would really love to buy your cookbook. How can I do that?? Is it done with foods from NS?? Thanks a million!! Sandy..

Click on the link on Christina's signature...it will bring you to her page where there is info on ordering her cookbook. One is in the process of being printed, so contact her if you'd like one! It is both Dukan Diet foods and Dukan Diet on your own recipies...

OMG!!!.

Christina has done it again. These look fabulous..

Got to get me some Ravioli so I can try this....

We have loved every recipe of yours that I have made..

Looking forward to the Cookbook. Can hardly wait...

Omg!!! I am going to try this tonight I think!! what creativity she has!!!..

I hope you like them!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE them!! They become addictive!!.

They really change the taste of the ravioli too so even if you love the ravioli as they are, this is a nice change!..

Hi Sandy! Those green beans are super easy! I've made them that way for ever, I just altered it a bit to make it more Dukan Diet friendly. I just use canned green beans, drain off the liquid. Add in canned ff and reduced sodium chicken broth, about a tbsp of Oscar Mayer real bacon bits and some pepper and let them cook. The longer they cook, the better they are, but you don't have to cook them long to get a great flavor. I do my fresh green beans the same way, but those I cook in the crockpot all day like for the holidays. When I have a fat serving to fit in, I like to drizzle them with olive oil as well. The flavor is fantastic!!..

I'm so glad this thread popped up as I was supposed to be having ravioli this evening!!! Needless to say, I will be toasting those badboys up tonight. So excited. Thanks Christina!..

All I can say is Yummo! Do you have a cookbook and how can I order it? I figure I'll be eating this way the rest of my life!..

I made this last night after reading this thread and it was GREAT! Nice to eat something breaded (even if it's only slightly so). Scratched my bread itch and felt like I was eating something fried (without the heartburn)!!! Thanks again for the great idea!..

Can't believe this is the first time I tried the ravioli this way. sooooo good and great improvement over the over-sauced way...

Thank you so much for this recipe I have been in a slump lately and your recipes are helping me get back on track. I have to agree with everyone else ...YOU ARE AMAZING!!!..

Christina, Thank you so much!! You are wonderful!! I can't wait to get your cookbook......it must be awesome!!.

Sandy..

I am going to try this!! But I cant have the bread crumbs... so you know what I am going to do? I am going to take my Nacho Crisps and use this for desert. I am going to crush up some of the crisps there are plenty so I believe I will have some left over for desert, and then dip the ravioli in it and continue on with the receipe!!! That way, I will not go off the plan as far as the carbs since I cant have bread... Im excited to see how this tastes..

Thanks for the receipe!!..
