I use to make guacamole. Now I just put a dash of salt on the avocado & eat it straight. Yum...
Dash of salt and eat with a spoon.
Avocado slices on portobello mushrooms with red bell pepper slices on top.

And you eat it just like that? Is that raw portobello mushrooms?.

I like to make a salad dressing using avo's, cukes, sea salt, apple cider vinegar..
They taste like butter..
I usually cut one up and put into my salad. I LOVE 'em!..
Slice and add a dash of garlic and some cracked red pepper..
Guacomole is always a winner too...
Add dates, cacoa, and some carob to your avo's. Put them all in your blender. Awesome chocolate pudding!!..
Slice it up in a bowl with sliced bananas and mangos and squirt lime juice all over it...

Even BR (before raw) I've never been able to resist them long enough to do anything other than eat advocados straight out their skins.
I make avocado mayo and stuff jalapenos with them then dehydrate them for a while and they are sooo yummy, or just dip veges in the avocado mayo OR just cut them up and eat them with cut up kiwi it's such a good combination...
