First question I have is When I try to get on websites like facebook, 123 reg.com comes up instead? Hoping for any comment. My 2nd question... Of course, I couldn't be talking about just anywhere since you can usually negotiate directly with buyers...I'm talking about on Sedo, where you can just discuss things without giving a counter-offer and losing the binding offer the buyer put on your name. This is the exact reason I despise Sedo even when I get sales there...I got a $20,000 on PN.net, and want just a bit more (like 2K-4K more), but I can't negotiate with them because of Sedo's POS anonymous bidding system that puts us at the whim of buyers that may not even pay..

The big problem is that I really need the money given some twists and turns on my condo loan, so I'm pretty much forced to take this. I've countered someone by a relatively low amount (less than double their bid on low amounts) and have lost sales that way. Anyone else have experiences with this?..

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an answer. You should email the people at 123 reg as they probably could answer your 123 reg question..

Totally agreed with the educated responses here and I'm certain you already feel the same way NameTrader. Take the offer and put it to good use in your condo imho...

Actually, I've decided to seek some offers on DNF and NP before actually accepting the offer. I won't let it sit for more than a few days, but honestly just want to get more if possible, and the auction is too much time (dragging it out for 7 days, which can be detrimental if no one else bids as the buyer may find another deal and back out). In fact, if someone jumps on it on DNF or NP, I would almost prefer it as Sedo is really the last place I want to handle Escrow on this. I'll die of old age by the time it's over...
