Question I have... Where can I find good venison Medifast recipes? Many thanks for any answer or 2. Another question on my mind: Hi Everyone - I just wanted to share my WOW moment with people who understand was it's like. I am 85 days post op and yesterday was at a small family picnic. I gave my 2 older sisters 2 huge 55 gal. drum bags of clothes I have out shrunk.

Then watching them go through them and hold them up all I could think was WOW, I was that big? I have lost more than 50 lbs and 5 sizes and I am so looking forward to reaching my goal in October and taking my "Santa Saver Savings" and shopping for my whole new wardrobe. Thanks for.

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I find an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..

That IS a WOW moment. COngrats. Love it when you get the chance to SEE how you are doing first hand, AND in this case, nice enough to share those clothes...whether they think they need/want them or not..

Congratulations!! Have fun shopping for your new threads... don't do it too soon... I swore when I got to size 14/16 from a tight 28 that I couldn't possibly get any smaller and bought a ton of stuff... I was in them a month. Now wear size 4 jeans. LOL...

Congrats! I echo Shellly's sentiments. I always said I'd be happy at a size 10, so when I got there. I bought a bunch of stuff! I thought I couldn't possibly get any smaller. I spent a small fortune! Now I am in a size 6 and gave away all those 10's! The moral of the story, be conservative, but have fun while you are doing it!!!!..
