I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..
Yeah, I have to be really careful with sugar. I learned really quickly that it knocks me out. Even my BF is like 'Don't eat sugar!' cause he hates it that I fall asleep so quickly after I have any. Only in teeny doses for me. Consider it a lesson learned, and another good reason to stay on track. :).
Krista..
Oh yeah... I am such a water girl.. as soon as my feet hit the ground this morning, I was looking for a water bottle. It amazes me how time has changed my tast buds. This morning I am looking for sometging like yogurt, something protein I guess. Morning hunger is a new concept for me too...
Oh my typing is bad this morning. sorry.. thats taste buds....and looking for something.... ugh...lol..
Yeah, I don't dump (not necessarily a good thing) but much sugar and I'm asleep on my feet. Usually a half hour.
Nap.
Is enough. It kind of reminds me of when I was in college and the joke was that no one could get me drunk because even with only half a beer I would be too sleepy to finish it. (Those were more innocent times - no one was drugging the drinks) in retrospect I think it was a precursor sign of diabetes - not being able to handle the carbs. Other liquor didn't have the same effect..
Anyway - don't sugar and drive!!! a DUI for driving under the influence of sugar is probably hard to explain to the judge..
Lin..
I never thought about that but you are right..
I have laughed at this all day. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine the smallest amount of sugar would drop me like that. And like I said earlier, I am still pre-op. go figure.!..
