Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could assist you..

I'm so happy for you! I can't believe 8 days post op you were ready to walk around the mall! I was still so weak, it was all I could do to walk from the living room to the bathroom!.

I hear ya about Sister dates! Mine was a godsend during this whole process. I stayed with mine for the first 1.5 weeks after.

2 1/2 years ago. I was out 3 days after and became even a little "selfish" since it was all about me for the first time in my life. I love that you did the mani/pedi date with your sister... believe me you are going to save some much money from the grocery bill that you will be able to indulge in some other things like a nice body.

I have stayed away a little from this support group because I read so many people whining about this and that and they tend to forget the real reasons they had this.

I am soooo happy for you! I think you and I are still in the "sure, okay" phase. We know it's suppose to be happening, losing the weight, being anxious about getting up and doing... we've done this before with other weight loss attempts, but this, THIS, is working!.
