I'm headed to the grocery store and am going to take your advice of "eat the spectrum". I always go for the same ole fruits and veggies but I really need to try new things. I've never eaten a persimmon... or a durian... or a dragon fruit... or a whole lot of others.....

That was sweet of you to call out the ladies that helped you out. I remember reading all the old archives with you guys. It was fun "watching" you all grow in this journey together, lending eachother such great support. And how difficult it was for you at first. I'm soo glad that you're doing well and have stuck with this. It is encouraging.

Its a great feeling. My roommate came up to me the other day and said, "I was almost 100% raw today!" It was sooo great, I didn't even know she was trying..

Well, well....now I know who my friends are..

Just back from one of those goofy outlet malls. Just how I wanted to spend my Sunday. Old Navy, Gap, Lauren,Coach....blah, blah. My wife just can't say NO..

Went into the kitchen stores and looked at blenders. As you know the kids busted mine the other day trying to be like Dad and whip up a smoothie..

To be honest the before and after thing never excited me..

I lost 30lbs right off the bat and have maintained my weight of 185lb or so for some time..
