When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,.

But a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny RAWndeers,.

With a little cute driver, so lively and glowing,.

I knew in a moment it must be.

And she whistled, and shouted, and called them by name;.

As spinach leaves before the Green Smoothie they’ll fly,.

So up to the rim of the glass with the brew,.

With the sleigh full of treats, and green moustache too..

And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof.

The prancing and pawing of each little hoof..

As I drew in my hand, and was turning around,.

Down the chimney Alissa came with a bound..

She was dressed all in green, from her head to her foot,.

And her clothes were all earth-friendly like she promotes in her book;.

A bundle of truffles she had flung on her back,.

And she looked like a movie star just opening her pack..

Her eyes how they twinkled! her dimples how merry!.

Her cheeks were like roses, and nose like a cherry!.

Her mouth was drawn up like a bow,.

And the whites of her eyes were like new fallen snow;.

Her pockets were bulging with little bags of fudgeballs,.

Perfect for energy as she decked “.

The halls.

She had a glow to her face that seemed like a halo,.

Then she danced and shook, like that crazy girl JayLo..

She was happy and energetic, a right jolly young elf,.

And I laughed when I saw her, in spite of myself;.

A wink of her eye and a twist of her head,.

Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread;.

She spoke wise words, about enzymes and ozone,.

And filled all the stockings; with.

Pizza and calzone.

And laying her finger aside of her nose,.

And giving a nod, up the chimney she rose;.

She sprang to her sleigh, to her team gave a whistle,.

And they flew off to Maine like the down of a thistle..

But I heard her exclaim, as she drove out of sight,.

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could help you..

Um, if you'd like some snow.........I just got done shoveling about 6" of it -.
